Click and Collect Terms and Procedures


Step 1 

Place your order and choose 'Covid click and collect' as the freight method.* (For urgent orders please contact us to check stock availbility as some products will need to be transferred between our various VIC warehouses)
* Note: As click-and-collect is only available to our Victorian customers, you must input your postcode and choose a suburb from the drop-down list to display the click-and-collect option. 

Step 2

Once you have placed your order, it is really important that you wait until you have received your unique confimation email which will tell you that either all, or part of your order is ready to collect.

Step 3

After receiving the above email you can head-on-down to the rear of our shop (on Pierson Drive and opposite the train tracks/station) where you will see a large billboard advertising our shop (see photo above for reference. A map also has this location pinned at the bottom of the page.).

Step 4

Buzz the doorbell or give us a call to let us know you are waiting out the back.

Step 5

A staff member will bring your order to you!


  • This method allows us to provide you with the goods you need without undue risk to you or our staff. These terms are not negotiable or modifiable in any way.
  • If items in your order are out of stock or need to be tranferred from a different location you will be notified no later than 24 hours after you placed your order (usually on the same day).
  • This method is designed for those within the 5km radius restrictions and any customer travelling from outside this range does so at their own risk.
