Before making a payment...

1. You must have been issued with an invoice and be paying before the 'Fees Due Date' to pay through the online payment system. If this is not the case please call Toby or Peter 9725 8108.
2. Be registered and logged on
3. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Tuition below.
4. Please put the name of the attending student in the field provided.

NB: You can only choose the fee amount that you have been allocated on your invoice. If you have a query or wish to make a change to your lesson time, day or type of lessons you must contact Toby or Peter at the shop on 9725 8108 or via email from the contact us section.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hans Music Croydon staff will endeavor to be as informative and helpful as possible on all occasions, so please call us if you have any questions about the Terms and Conditions below.

1. Term Fees must be paid by the 'Fees Due Date' date unless otherwise arranged with Peter or Toby.
2. Time slots are only allocated / reserved on payment of fees.
3. When no payment or communication has been made by a student 5 Days after the 'Fee Due Date' allocated time slots immediately become to other students.
4. In the event you do not wish to continue, a courtesy call to Peter or Toby or a note to the teacher before the end of Term is appreciated.
5. Any weekly cancellation of tuition must be communicated to either Peter or Toby by calling 9725 8108 during working hours 48hrs prior to the lesson, make-up lessons if the student is sick or absent is solely at the teacher's discretion and not guaranteed as the teachers are making this up in their own time gratis.
6. In the event a teacher is absent, a makeup lesson will be provided at the end of the Term in the week immediately following the last lesson of that term. If the teacher is unable to make up this lesson for any reasons a credit will be given to student towards the following term fees.
7. An enrolled student may have extra lessons throughout the year at any time, holidays included, if teacher is available. The cost is $29 per half hour, paid for in advance with lessons to be conducted at Hans Music Croydon's premises.
8. Enrolled Students are not permitted to ask for or take lessons by Hans Music Croydon teachers outside Hans Music Croydon's premises due to public liability concerns.
   
9. Canceling lessons outright during a term for whatever reason does not induce a refund.
10. Hans Music Croydon teachers and staff will endeavor to be as helpful in all circumstances, however it is the sole responsibility of the student/parent guardian of the student to make sure they have the right information about their tuition, this includes but not limited to the time, day, teacher and location of their tuition.
